Excellent customer Service

I ordered the bamboo shelves from this company. I thought the WInnebago Revel bathroom dimensions were similar to my 2022 Entegra Launch 19y and they are NOT. The workmanship is excellent and top notch quality so instead of sending them back for a refund, I contacted Steve to help put with this issue. I measured the dimensions of my rig’s bathroom , sent them to Steve and in a matter of days he told me he had the new shelves ready and sent me a return slip. The experience was great because they made it easy for me and solved my problem, plus it is a great US made product.
