30-Day Return Policy

At Weekender Outdoors, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging.

Custom or made-to-order products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

All cabinets and Lagun brand products are final sale.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at info@weekenderoutdoors.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your request is reviewed, we will reply with return instructions and the return shipping address:

Please ship the item back using your preferred carrier. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Restocking Fee

Non-defective returns are subject to an 18% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee helps cover inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the original order time. Once an order has entered production or has shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
