Shipping policy

Need it by a certain date? Contact us before ordering and we’ll let you know what’s realistic.

Most orders ship in 1-2 weeks. Lagun products are in stock and usually ship same or next business day.

All Weekender Outdoors products are made, packed, and shipped from our shop in San Diego, California. We build in small batches, so some items ship faster and some may take a little longer depending on current order volume.

Free US shipping

We offer free shipping to the lower 48 states on most orders.

Most orders ship with UPS Ground. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking by email so you can follow the delivery.

Estimated timing

Production time: 1-2 weeks
Transit time: Usually 2-5 business days after pickup

Some larger products may ship differently depending on size, weight, or destination. If your order requires special shipping, we’ll contact you before it ships.

Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipping

Free shipping only applies to the lower 48 states.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is packed and ready to ship. Tracking may take a little time to update after the label is created.

Damaged packages

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything shows up damaged, take photos of the box, packaging, and product, then contact us right away.

We’ll help get it sorted out.

Missing or delayed packages

Once an order is picked up by the carrier, delivery timing is handled by the shipping company. If tracking shows a delay or issue, contact us and we’ll help look into it.
