At Weekender Outdoors, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

• Custom or made-to-order products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• All cabinets are final sale.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at Info@weekenderoutdoors.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll reply with detailed return instructions and our return address:

3. Ship the item back using your preferred carrier. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or defective.

Restocking Fee

For non-defective returns, a 18% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
This fee helps cover inspection, repackaging, and shipping costs associated with processing your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
